Hi, I am Polly Lancaster

Polly’s interest in nutrition started nearly 40 years ago when she developed a passion for real home grown and cooked food.

These experiences led her to become a Slimming World consultant running weekly classes to help people lose weight.

Polly also developed an interest in gastro-intestinal disorders, particularly IBS, which she periodically suffers from herself.

Polly holds Diploma’s in Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Stress Management, Reflexology and Deep Tissue Massage. She is also a Reiki Master teacher.

Polly likes helping people and is keen to help her Clients achieve their lifestyle goals whether it be eating disorders, weight loss or improving life generally.

She is able to bring a unique blend of multi-disciplined training and experience few advisors can match.

What I do for Healthy Nutrition & Lifestyle?

We take a holistic and multi-discipline approach to developing a working plan for ongoing use. Part of this is:
