How To Feel Full For Longer

In this study foods were graded according to how long they kept you feeling full for. White bread is the standard at 100%. Anything less than 100% means you can quickly feel hungry again. An example is ‘croissants’ at 47%.

On the other hand potatoes at 323% keep you full over 3x longer than bread. Eat more foods at a higher percentage and you need less of them, and so lose weight!
