Weight Loss Has its ups and downs!

It’s normal for the human body weight to fluctuate daily and even hourly if you are exercising hard. What is important is that the overall trend is downwards.

In the image bellow you can see that this person is weighing daily and the weight loss profile is a typical ‘sawtooth’. The black trend line shows a steep decline at first and then levels off or even rises slightly. Again this is normal. Notice that there were a few occasions where there was a sharp spike upwards. Some people might have thrown in the towel. But this person carried on and reached their goal.
